His shaggy hair is built from blunt-cut strands stacked in layers, with a long fringe over his brow. Over a high-collared uniform jacket in a basket-weave texture, with round buttons, a small chest tab and a buckled belt, he wears an open, hip-length coat in a pebbled knit covered in raised triangles, its wide sleeves flaring out to the sides as if caught in a gust.
