Lightning bursts from the snapping hand, forks back across his chest and arcs down behind him to the ground. His navy military coat is worn over his shoulders like a cape, both sleeves empty and blown out behind him, with a braided cord looped from one shoulder, and its long tails sweep out to one side. Under it he wears a white collared shirt with the sleeves pushed to the elbows, a wide belt, dark trousers and boots, and white gloves with a circle design on the back of the left hand.
