Anime Armored Swordswoman Resin Garage Kit – Rabbit-Ear Headband, Crimson & Silver Twin Swords, Stone Step Base (Unpainted, 12 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 12 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the red-haired armored swordswoman from a popular fantasy anime. She strides forward across a three-tier stone base with a long crimson sword in her right hand and a shorter silver sword in her left, her long red hair and the panels of her outfit streaming out to one side. She wears a dark brown armored bodysuit with gold trim and long gold-bordered panels, a high collar with a green gem and a bow tie, a rabbit-ear headband, armored gauntlets, gunmetal leg plates and strappy black sandals.
What's in the kit
- 12 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 6 pieces: head with hair, torso, two arms (each with its sword attached) and two legs.
- Headband, 1 piece: the rabbit-ear headband.
- Outfit panels, 4 pieces: the four long hanging panels.
- Base, 1 piece: the three-tier stone base as a single part.
- Tallest single piece: one leg, 136.0 mm (5.35 in) in the sculptor's file. The finished figure stands taller once the other parts and the base are added. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
- Base: 155.8 × 149.7 mm (6.13 × 5.89 in) across in the sculptor's file.
- Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- Each arm comes with its sword attached, and the long crimson blade reaches well out from the shoulder. Pin both shoulders.
- The four outfit panels are thin sheets glued along one edge, with both faces on show. Dry-fit them before gluing and take care cleaning support marks.
- The arm joins sit on bare skin at the shoulders, so fill and sand those seams before paint.
- Pin both feet into the base, and fit the thin ear headband last.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
