IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 24 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

She looks back over her shoulder with a cool, level stare. Her blonde bob blows across her face. She wears a red jacket with a stiff collar under silver plate armor trimmed in gold: shoulder plates with gold fringe hanging beneath, articulated gauntlets, knee plates, greaves and plated boots, with white trousers, a black belt with a gold buckle, a scabbard at her hip, a short red front panel and two long red sash tails flaring out behind her.   • Figure, 7 pieces: head, fringe, torso with the jacket and shoulder plates, left arm, right arm with the sword, and two legs.
  • Cloth, 3 pieces: the front panel and the two sash tails.
  • Accessories, 3 pieces: the scabbard and the crescent slash effect in two halves.
  • Base, 11 pieces: the dragon head in three sections, four horns, and the rock base in four sections.
  • 1:10 scale: 268 mm (10.55 in) tall, 218 × 196 mm (8.58 × 7.72 in) footprint (from the studio's scale sheet).
  • Scale: 1:10 (from the studio). Scale isn't standardized, so figures of the same scale from different creators may not match exactly.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • The 1:10 base is eleven pieces: four rock sections, three dragon-head sections and four horns. Build and fill it first; the seams run through scaly texture near the dragon's eye and jaw.
  • The slash effect comes in two thin curved halves that meet on a thin edge and stand up from the base on their own. Pin the join and the foot.
  • The sword is part of the raised right arm and reaches far behind the shoulder. The left hand rests on the dragon's snout, so the figure lines up to the base through that arm; dry-fit before gluing.
  • The fringe, the three sash pieces and the scabbard are thin.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
