IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 9 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

She has a chin-length blonde bob swept over to one side and a small gold hoop earring. She wears a cropped denim vest with frayed shoulders, a pointed collar, button studs and flap pockets over a black shirt, long lavender sleeves with violet stripes, a short denim skirt with a brown belt and oval gold buckle, dark leggings and slouched brown boots with strapped ankles. A red bow-shaped emblem with two letters sits on the back of the vest. What's in the kit

  • 9 resin pieces in total.
  • Figure, 7 pieces: the face, two hair pieces, the vest and shirt, two arms with fists, and the legs in boots.
  • Base, 2 pieces: the rock, grass and trees in two halves, front and back.
  • Height: 45.1 mm (1.78 in) tall on its base, measured from the sculptor's single-piece file of the finished figure. This is a miniature, printed at the sculptor's file size.
  • Tallest single piece: the legs, 19.6 mm (0.77 in) in the sculptor's file.
  • Base: 27.3 × 25.6 mm (1.07 × 1.01 in) across, from the sculptor's single-piece file of the same base.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: intermediate

  • The parts are very small: each arm is a thin sleeve and fist that attaches only at the shoulder. Plan on tweezers.
  • The four trees on the base are small round canopies on thin trunks, and the frayed vest shoulders and one hair piece are thin.
  • The eyes, buttons and earring are tiny at this size, so painting them takes a fine brush.
  • The base comes in two halves, so there is one seam through the rock and grass to fill.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

Shipping and returns

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
