Chibi Staff Bearer Resin Garage Kit – Long Violet Hair, White Gown, Gold Staff & Tiara on a Dark Stone Base (Unpainted, 15 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 15 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art chibi of the young heroine from a classic anime about the armored warriors sworn to protect her, standing calm on a two-tier slab of dark stone as if a strong wind is blowing past her. Her right arm is raised to the side, gripping a tall gold staff topped by a ring with a winged-bird emblem inside it, and her left arm hangs at her side. She wears a long white sleeveless gown with thin shoulder straps, a wide gold belt with scrollwork and red gems, a gold choker with a red gem, a gold armband and a gold tiara with three hooked prongs. Her very long violet hair falls to below the waist and fans out to both sides in rounded, pointed locks, and the hem of the gown flares out in deep folds behind her. Her face is calm, with large green eyes.
What's in the kit
- 15 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 10 pieces: the head, the front hair, the main mass of long hair, a single lock over her right shoulder, the upper body with the gold belt, two arms, two legs and the long gown skirt.
- Accessories, 3 pieces: the staff in two pieces (the ringed head with the winged emblem, and the lower shaft) and the tiara.
- Base, 2 pieces: the main stone platform and the lower step slab.
- Tallest single piece: the main hair mass, 114.3 mm (4.50 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height or scale, so I don't list one.
- Main stone platform: 119.6 × 68.2 mm (4.71 × 2.69 in) across, with a lower step slab of 64.0 × 103.0 mm (2.52 × 4.06 in) beside it, in the sculptor's files. The hair and the gown's hem reach past the platform.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- The main hair mass is the biggest part, 127.8 mm across with many free pointed tips. I print it hollow, so fill the small drain holes before priming.
- The lower staff shaft is very thin, and the staff is split at her fist, so the fist joins both staff pieces. Pin them.
- The tiara's three hooked prongs are fine and fragile.
- The gown skirt is a thin flared shell, and the arm joins sit on bare shoulders, so those seams need filling and sanding.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
