IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as a single piece of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: it comes as a single part, so there is nothing to glue, but any hardware is up to you.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

Chibi head charms to paint yourself, fan art of characters from anime, American comics and a sci-fi action film. Each is a single resin piece: a big chibi head with a small hanging loop sculpted on top, made to hang from a key ring or bag. Choose the design. The visored angel helmet has two raised bands crossing over the crown and eyes, three round studs, a disc over each ear, a small closed mouth under the visor, and long wavy hair falling well past the chin in separate locks. The three-horned headband fighter has a cloth headband low on his forehead, spiky hair bursting over it, a ribbed horn standing straight up, a crescent horn and a big curled horn, large glaring eyes and one small fang. The horn-stump brawler is a squared-off head with two flat, ring-carved horn stumps on the forehead, a heavy brow, ridged sideburns, a small chin tuft and a cigar in the corner of his mouth. The scarred spiky crown has a tall crown of upswept spikes over buzzed sides, half-lidded eyes and a deep gash running across the bridge of the nose. The masked hunter wears a scratched, crested mask with a claw-mark symbol on the forehead, deep-set eye ports and banded dreadlocks hanging down both sides.

Hardware is not included. The key rings, jump rings and chains in the sculptor's renders are for display only and don't come with the kit.

  • Three-horned headband fighter: 44.3 × 51.2 × 46.2 mm (1.74 × 2.02 × 1.82 in) bounding box in the sculptor's file.
  • Horn stumps and cigar: 29.9 × 45.1 × 41.1 mm (1.18 × 1.78 × 1.62 in) bounding box in the sculptor's file.
  • Scarred spiky crown: 39.1 × 41.0 × 39.3 mm (1.54 × 1.61 × 1.55 in) bounding box in the sculptor's file.
  • Masked hunter with banded dreadlocks: 32.6 × 41.2 × 39.3 mm (1.28 × 1.62 × 1.55 in) bounding box in the sculptor's file.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: intermediate

  • No assembly: each charm is a single piece with its loop sculpted on. You add the hardware, so check the loop opening before buying jump rings.
  • The long hair locks on the visored helmet, the three horns and hair spikes on the headband fighter, the spike crown and the dreadlock tips are thin points.
  • These are solid resin heads, so they are heavier than a typical charm, and the loop carries the whole head.
  • The anime eyes are small and take a fine brush; the masked hunter's raised dreadlock bands make a two-color repeat easy to follow.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

Shipping and returns

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
