Chibi Head Keychain Charm Resin Garage Kit – Choose a Design: Mecha Robot Helmet, Web-Lined Mask, Wavy Red-Haired Girl, Marked Blonde Fighter or Straight-Haired Rebel (Unpainted, 1 Piece)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as a single piece of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: it comes as a single part, so there is nothing to glue, but any hardware is up to you.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
Chibi head charms to paint yourself, fan art of characters from anime and an American comic. Each is a single resin piece: a big chibi head with a small hanging loop on top, made to hang from a key ring or bag. Choose the design. The mecha robot helmet is a white armored head with a red crest, two long fins sweeping up and out, yellow eyes under the brow, a vented faceplate and ribbed side vents. The web-lined masked hero is a smooth, egg-shaped masked head covered in raised web lines, with big white eye lenses in thick frames. The wavy red-haired girl has long wavy hair spilling out to one side, a single curl on top, a thin headband, big eyes and a small smile. The marked blonde fighter has swept-back blonde hair with long pointed bangs, two dark bands crossing on her forehead, lines running down through her eyes, amber eyes and a calm expression. The straight-haired rebel has straight dark hair parted in the middle and falling past his jaw, cyan eyes, a small smirk and a gold hoop earring.
Hardware is not included. The key rings, jump rings and chains in the sculptor's renders are for display only and don't come with the kit.
What's in the kit
- 1 resin piece in total, per design.
- Each design is 1 resin piece, the whole head with its hanging loop.
- Not included: key ring, jump ring or chain. Add your own.
- Choose one design per variant: mecha robot helmet, web-lined masked hero, wavy red-haired girl, marked blonde fighter or straight-haired rebel.
- Mecha robot helmet: 51.8 × 40.3 × 39.2 mm (2.04 × 1.59 × 1.54 in) bounding box in the sculptor's file.
- Web-lined masked hero: 28.2 × 40.0 × 31.0 mm (1.11 × 1.57 × 1.22 in) bounding box in the sculptor's file.
- Wavy red-haired girl: 62.9 × 68.2 × 41.5 mm (2.48 × 2.69 × 1.63 in) bounding box in the sculptor's file.
- Marked blonde fighter: 56.3 × 43.9 × 52.8 mm (2.22 × 1.73 × 2.08 in) bounding box in the sculptor's file.
- Straight-haired rebel: 31.9 × 41.9 × 36.2 mm (1.26 × 1.65 × 1.43 in) bounding box in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish sizes or a scale.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: intermediate
- No assembly: each charm is a single piece with its loop on top. You add the hardware, so check the loop against your jump rings before buying.
- The mecha helmet's fins and the red-haired girl's curl tips and loose locks are the thinnest parts.
- These are solid resin heads, so they are heavier than a typical charm.
- The faces are small: the anime eyes, the blonde fighter's face markings and the web lines take a fine brush.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
