Anime Dark Elf Swordswoman Resin Garage Kit – Raised Sword, Floor-Length Hair & Round Stone Plinth (Unpainted, Miniature, 2 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 2 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the dark-elf swordswoman from a classic fantasy anime and novel series. She stands on high heels with her weight on one leg and the other foot set behind it, her right arm raised straight overhead gripping a sword so the blade runs down behind her head and shoulders, and her left hand at her hip holding a second, sheathed sword level behind her legs. Her head is turned toward the raised arm with a hard, level stare. She has long pointed ears, a forehead circlet hung with a row of small drops, and a mass of straight hair parted in the middle that falls past her knees and sweeps out to one side in a dozen separate strands. She wears a sleeveless top cut open down the front to the belt, edged in gold trim that rises into a stiff pointed collar standing off one shoulder, a gold collar plate with a short chain at the throat, a narrow belt with two small gold fittings, a short fitted skirt, a gold band on the upper arm, gold-edged bracers on both forearms and thigh-high heeled boots with folded cuffs. The base is a round two-tier plinth of paving stones with a gold ring inlaid around the top step and a few loose rocks. This listing is the studio's miniature, 2 pieces: the same sculpt at 85 mm tall, with the figure, her hair and both swords as a single piece on its stone plinth. The full-size figure is sold as a separate listing.
What's in the kit
- 2 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 1 piece: the swordswoman with her hair and both swords in a single piece.
- Base, 1 piece: the stone plinth.
- Miniature: 85 mm (3.35 in) tall, 40 × 44 mm (1.57 × 1.73 in) footprint (from the studio's scale sheet).
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: intermediate
- The figure is a single piece, hair and both swords included.
- At this size the sword blades and the tips of the hair strands are very fine. Dial in your exposure and take the supports off gently.
- Assembly is the figure onto the plinth; a dot of glue under each boot holds her.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
