IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 22 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

A fan-art statue of the high-elf swordswoman from a classic fantasy anime and novel series. She balances on one wrapped boot on a rock shelf, her other leg drawn up behind her, and holds her left hand out palm up as a small bird with spread wings lands on her fingers. Her head is tilted down toward it with a small, closed-mouth smile. She has long pointed ears, a thin circlet with a single gem at her forehead, and very long straight hair that streams out behind her and threads through the branches of the tree. She wears a short tunic with a flared skirt, a fitted breastplate with a raised gold rim under a chain-textured collar with an ornate clasp, a single large pointed shoulder guard, a belt with a round buckle and a second strap looping around her hips, wrapped forearms and lower legs, and a sheathed sword with a gold guard and a red-gemmed pommel at her hip. Her cape fastens at the collar and blows out to one side in a long sweep. The base is a shelf of layered rock with clumps of broad-leaf plants and small mushrooms, and a dead, gnarled tree that rises behind her and forks into two branches, the upper one reaching out over her head.   • Full figure: 233.77 mm (9.20 in) tall, 117.29 × 142.05 mm (4.62 × 5.59 in) footprint (from the studio's scale sheet).
  • Scale: 1:10 (from the studio). Scale isn't standardized, so figures of the same scale from different creators may not match exactly.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • She stands on one foot, so the standing leg carries the whole figure into the rock. Pin it.
  • The base is the rock shelf, the tree in two sections and five plant clumps. Fit the tree so the upper branch passes over her head and the hair threads through it before gluing anything.
  • The bird, the sword, the belt's looping strap, the loose hair strand, the fingers and the plant leaves are thin. The bird goes on the fingertips last, with tweezers.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

Shipping and returns

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
