Anime Giant Superheroine Resin Garage Kit – Horned Mask, Flowing Blonde Hair & Ruined City Base (Unpainted, 16 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 16 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the masked, horned superheroine from a hugely popular superhero anime, shown at giant size in a ruined city. She stands on one booted leg with the other folded up behind her, one arm swept out to the side with the palm open and the other hand raised beside her face. Long blonde hair is thrown out behind her, with ringlet curls at the front, two purple horns and a pointed purple domino mask. Her suit is a purple bodice with red-orange trim and a small emblem on the belly, cream from the hips to mid-thigh, purple gloves to above the elbow and purple thigh-high boots. The base is a round dark disc with yellow bands and a sculpted logo plate on the front rim, four leaning ruined high-rises with rows of windows, rolling dust clouds, two yellow crescents and a small car in the rubble.
What's in the kit
- 16 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 11 pieces: head with the mask, front hair, back hair, two horns, torso, hips, two arms and two legs.
- Base, 5 pieces: the round disc and four ruined buildings.
- Tallest single piece: the standing leg, 155.7 mm (6.13 in) in the sculptor's file. The finished figure stands taller once the hips, torso, head and base are added. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
- Base: the round disc is 147.1 × 149.4 mm (5.79 × 5.88 in) in the sculptor's file.
- Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: intermediate
- The whole figure stands on one leg. Pin the standing boot into the base and the leg into the hips before you trust glue.
- The back hair is a wide, heavy piece hanging off the head, and the raised leg hangs off the hips with nothing under it. Pin both.
- The suit is smooth with no texture to hide seams, so fill and sand the hip and waist joins.
- The four buildings lean at angles; dry-fit them on the disc before gluing. The horns are the smallest pieces.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
