Anime Horned Dragon Girl Resin Garage Kit – Clawed Staff, Pastry, Finned Tail & Lavender Robe (Unpainted, 17 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 17 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the horned dragon girl with a sweet tooth from a comedy anime about dragons living among people. She steps forward on a round paved base, holding a long coral-red staff low in one hand, its end curling into clawed tines, and raising a pastry beside her face in the other, mouth open just before a bite. A single wavy horn rises from her hairline, her violet bob shades to magenta at the ends, and a thick violet tail with teal fins loops behind her legs. She wears a thick orange scarf wound high around her neck, a black high-necked sleeveless top, a lavender kimono-style robe worn off both shoulders with a hot-pink collar, pointed violet stripes along the hem and one long hanging sleeve, a royal-blue sash tied with a thin black cord, loose white socks and flat sandals with pink thongs. The robe is split high up one side.
What's in the kit
- 17 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 10 pieces: head, front hair, back hair, the horn, torso, hips, two legs with socks and sandals, the forearm and hand that grips the staff, and the forearm and hand holding the pastry.
- Clothing, 4 pieces: the robe top with both sleeves, the skirt panel, the sash with its bow, and the scarf.
- Tail, 1 piece: the finned tail.
- Staff, 1 piece: the long staff with its clawed tines.
- Base, 1 piece: the round paved base.
- Tallest single piece: one leg with its sock and sandal, 122.1 mm (4.81 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
- Round base: 118.9 × 118.9 mm (4.68 × 4.68 in) across in the sculptor's file.
- Scale: about 1:10 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:10 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- She stands on two sandaled feet with nothing else touching the base. Pin both feet into the base and both legs into the hips.
- The staff is long and thin and is held by one small hand. Pin it through the hand and fit it last.
- The tail hangs off the back of the hips with nothing under it. Pin it.
- The horn, the curled fingers and the tail fins are thin and easy to snap while clipping supports.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
