IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 14 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

He wears the bodysuit zipped to a high collar with molded chest plates, rounded shoulder guards and a belt with a holstered sidearm and a flap pouch. Both heads are in the box: one in a respirator mask with round filter canisters, as in the photo, and one with the face bare (not pictured on the bust). The bust stands on a round cracked plinth. The full figure is sold as a separate listing.

What's in the kit

  • 14 resin pieces in total.
  • Bust, 9 pieces: the bust torso, the hip section with the belt, two heads (masked and bare face), the hair, two forearms, the belt pouch and the holstered sidearm.
  • Rifle, 4 pieces: the full-length rifle in four sections.
  • Base, 1 piece: the round bust plinth.
  • Bust: the studio publishes no size for it. The round bust base is 78.4 × 78.6 mm (3.09 × 3.09 in) across in the sculptor's file, and the bust carries the same full-length rifle.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • Both heads are in the box. Dry-fit the hair on each and pin the head without glue if you want to swap them.
  • The rifle comes in four sections and is much longer than the bust is tall. Pin the sections together, then pin the rifle at the gripping hand and the shoulder.
  • The flat blade faces carry crisp sculpted markings. Keep sanding and filler off the lettering.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

Shipping and returns

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
