Anime Snake Sorcerer Resin Garage Kit – Giant Coiled Snake, Kunai & Dead Tree Base (Unpainted, 29 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 29 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the pale, snake-like rogue ninja from a classic ninja anime, with a giant snake wrapped around him. He stands with his weight on one leg and his other foot up on a coil of the snake, one fist raised to his mouth around a kunai while his long magenta tongue hangs over the blade, and his other hand resting flat on the coil at his hip. His face is chalk white with narrow gold slit eyes, purple markings around the eyes and a wide grin with small pointed teeth, framed by long straight black hair. He wears a knee-length khaki tunic split at the sides over a black high-collared undershirt, loose navy trousers, white shin wraps, black open-toed sandals and a thick twisted purple rope tied at his back. The brown snake loops once around his waist, rises behind him in a tall arch over his head, and comes back down beside his shoulder with its jaws open, showing ivory fangs and a forked tongue. The base is a dead tree with a knotted trunk and a broken branch, roots spreading over a round slab of earth with grass and moss, and kunai and throwing stars stuck in the ground and the trunk.
What's in the kit
- 29 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 17 pieces: the head, two hair sections, the torso, two arms, two hands, the legs, two feet with the shin wraps, three tunic sections, two sections of the rope belt and the kunai he holds.
- Snake, 6 pieces: the body in six sections, from the tail to the open-jawed head.
- Base, 6 pieces: the ground slab with roots, the dead tree trunk and four throwing blades.
- Studio size: 1:6 scale, 360 mm (14.17 in) tall, 176 mm (6.93 in) wide and 146 mm (5.75 in) deep (from Tanuki Figures' printing and scale guide).
- Scale: 1:6 (from the studio). Scale isn't standardized, so figures of the same scale from different creators may not match exactly.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- The snake is six large sections that wrap his waist, arch over his head and come back down. Dry-fit the whole snake around the figure before gluing anything, and pin every snake join.
- He stands on one foot with the other on a coil, so pin the planted foot through the sandal into the base.
- Build the base first: the ground slab, then the tree trunk, then the throwing blades.
- Thin parts: the kunai, the tongue, the throwing blades, the snake's fangs and forked tongue, and the tips of the broken branch.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
