Anime Pink-Braided Swordswoman Resin Garage Kit – Ribbon-Thin Whip Sword, Three Wooden Dragon Heads & Rock Base (Unpainted, 1:10 Scale, 23 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 23 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the cheerful swordswoman with long pink braids tipped in green, from a hugely popular demon-hunting anime, caught at the top of an overhead swing. Both hands grip the sword's hilt above her head, her right foot is planted on the rocks and her left leg is kicked up behind her, and she smiles straight at the viewer with wide green eyes. The blade is thin and flexible like a ribbon: it whips out to one side, loops over her head and wraps back around the whole scene. The hilt is wrapped in green with a pink pattern and a four-lobed yellow guard. She wears a long white coat with a woven texture and wide sleeves over a black uniform jacket with gold buttons, open at the front, a white belt, a short black pleated skirt, striped green thigh-high socks with a navy band, and white sandals with pink straps. A pale sheath hangs at her hip. Around her rise three bark-textured wooden dragon heads with knot eyes and jaws of overlapping plates, with pink thorns bursting from them, on a slab of gray rock with moss, earth and broken branches, and two pink crescent slashes sweep across the ground. This listing is the full 1:10 scale statue; the miniature is sold as a separate listing.
What's in the kit
- 23 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 10 pieces: head, hair with the three braids, bangs, torso with the coat, two arms, both hands on the hilt, two legs and the skirt.
- Sword, 2 pieces: the whip-like blade in two sections.
- Wooden dragons, 7 pieces: the three dragon heads and their bodies in seven sections.
- Base, 4 pieces: the rock base in two halves and the two pink crescent slashes.
- 1:10 scale: 212 mm (8.35 in) tall, 186 × 186 mm (7.32 × 7.32 in) footprint (from the studio's scale sheet).
- Scale: 1:10 (from the studio). Scale isn't standardized, so figures of the same scale from different creators may not match exactly.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- The wooden dragons and the rock base are most of the resin and set the whole composition. Build and dry-fit them first, then check where her planted foot lands.
- She stands on one foot with the rest of the figure and the sword above it. Pin that foot into the base.
- The blade is a very thin ribbon in two sections that joins at the hilt and loops around the scene. Glue it last and handle it gently; it is the most fragile part of the kit.
- Thin parts: the braid tips, the pink thorns on the dragons, the crescent slashes and the bangs.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
