IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the studio's photos of its own unpainted test prints of this sculpt, not of the kit you'll receive. Your kit arrives as 7 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art bust of the pink-haired young fighter from a popular dark-fantasy anime. He lunges forward off the post, head down and leading, teeth gritted in a scowl. His right fist is thrust low in front of him, wrapped in a burst of flames with forked tongues, and his left arm reaches high overhead with the hand open and the fingers spread. His hair is cut in layered, petal-like spikes over short cropped sides. He wears a high-collared school uniform jacket in a fine woven texture, with wide sleeves, a single button and a thick knit hood bunched around his neck. The bust stands on a short post over a round black plinth with angular buttress blocks.
What's in the kit

- Bust, 6 pieces: the torso in the uniform jacket, the head, two arms, the open left hand and the flame-wrapped right fist.
- Base, 1 piece: the round plinth with its post.
- Studio size: 126 mm (4.96 in) tall, 99 mm (3.90 in) wide and 147 mm (5.79 in) deep (from Tanuki Figures' notes file).
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- The bust leans far forward off a single post, with the raised arm reaching out ahead. Pin the torso to the post and the raised arm at the shoulder.
- The flame tongues around the fist and the spread fingers of the open hand are the thinnest parts. Clip their supports slowly.
- Paint the fist inside the flames in skin tones, then glaze the flames for a glow.
- The hair spikes taper to fine points.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

- Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
- International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
- 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
