Anime Winged Red-Armored Lancer Resin Garage Kit – Crimson Plate Armor, Feathered Wings & Bone-Spike Rubble Base (Unpainted, 21 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 21 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the vampire guardian from a popular dark-fantasy anime, in her crimson battle armor. She stands square on a slab of rubble, one gauntleted hand gripping a long lance held tip-down so the point reaches past the front of the base, the other hand closed into a fist at her side, looking straight out at the viewer. She is armored from head to foot in glossy red plate: a helmet with a face opening and two small white winged crests, layered shoulder plates, a segmented breastplate, clawed gauntlets, and a long pleated armored skirt over armored legs and pointed sabatons. Strands of pale lavender hair fall from under the helmet, and her face shows red eyes and a single small fang. Two large white feathered wings rise from her back, one spread wide and one folded behind her. The lance has silver-white fins, a dark teal shaft and tip and a purple sphere at the grip, with a pale gray segmented arm curving up from the sphere. The base is a slab of ochre rubble with cream bone spikes fanning up on both sides of her feet.
What's in the kit
- 21 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 13 pieces: the helmeted head, two small winged helmet crests, the upper body with both arms, the armored legs, the pleated armored skirt, and seven smaller armor, hair and trim pieces.
- Wings, 2 pieces.
- Lance, 2 pieces: the lance in two sections, one carrying the curved segmented arm.
- Base, 4 pieces: the rubble slab and three bone-spike clusters.
- Tallest single piece: the armored legs, 111.8 mm (4.40 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
- Rubble base: 111.1 × 108.1 mm (4.37 × 4.26 in) across in the sculptor's file. The spread wing and the lance reach out past it.
- Scale: about 1:10 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:10 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- Each wing is a large feathered piece that hangs off her back. Pin both wings.
- The lance is held in one hand with its tip out past the front of the base. Dry-fit both lance sections and the hand before gluing, and pin the grip.
- Build the base first: the rubble slab, then the three bone-spike clusters around her feet. Pin the legs into the slab.
- The helmet crests, the small hair strands and the bone tips are thin and fragile.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
