IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 21 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

A fan-art statue of the vampire officer from a dark gothic action anime. Short, spiky blonde hair falls over one eye, the other eye is red, and a thin line of blood runs from the corner of her smirk. She wears a brick-red uniform jacket with a high buttoned collar, epaulettes, chest pockets and a shield crest, a black belt with a brass buckle, a short red skirt, dark thigh-high stockings with cut-out windows and brown cuffed boots. Both left-arm builds are in the box, each with its own torso, so you can build whichever you like: a torso with the left sleeve torn away and a glossy blood-red arm of tendrils that loops out to the side and up over her head, ending in a clawed hand; or a second cannon and ammo belt for her left hand. The plinth is cracked gray stone with corner posts and a crest plaque, with a pool of blood running down its sides and spent brass cases around her boot.

What's in the kit

  • 21 resin pieces in total.
  • Figure, 5 pieces: the head in two pieces, the skirt and two legs with the boots.
  • Cannon arm, 3 pieces: the right arm and cannon in two pieces and the hanging ammo belt.
  • Tendril build, 7 pieces: the torso with the torn left sleeve and the blood-tendril arm in six pieces.
  • Twin-cannon build, 4 pieces: its own torso and the second cannon arm in three pieces (arm and cannon in two pieces, plus its ammo belt).
  • Base, 2 pieces: the stone plinth and its upper section.
  • Tallest single piece: the standing leg, 146.2 mm (5.76 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
  • Plinth: 134.7 × 134.0 mm (5.30 × 5.28 in) across in the sculptor's file. The cannons and tendrils reach out past it.
  • Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • Both left-arm builds are in the box, and each arm goes with its own torso, so pick your build before gluing the torso. The cannon is a long lever held in one hand with the ammo belt hanging off it, and the twin-cannon build has two. Pin each hand and shoulder join.
  • The six tendril pieces fan out and loop over her head with nothing under them, and every join sits on smooth, glossy red. Pin them and fill the seams.
  • The ammo belts are chains of small pointed rounds and are fragile.
  • The upper base section seats into the plinth before the figure goes on. Dry-fit so one boot lands on the crate and the other on the deck.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
