Anime Silver-Haired Heroine Resin Garage Kit – Cat-Ear Hooded Cape, Long Braid & Cobblestone Base, Hood-Up and Hood-Down Parts Included (Unpainted, 22 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 22 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the silver-haired heroine of a popular fantasy anime, in her white hooded traveling cape. She stands on a round cobblestone base with her legs crossed at the shins and both hands raised beside her head, smiling with her mouth open. She wears a short scalloped white capelet closed with a small round brooch, long white sleeves with pink cuffs, a deep violet bodysuit from neck to ankle, a long white cape open at the front and white knee boots with purple trim. A single long braid comes over one shoulder and hangs to her knee, tied near the end. Both heads are in the box, each with its own pair of hands, so you can build her either way. Hood up: a white hood with two pointed cat ears tipped in lavender, her straight bangs and side locks showing, and both hands open at the hood's edge. Hood down: the hood gathered behind her neck, a braided crown, a white flower with a purple ribbon at one temple, a small hairpin in her bangs, and her hands curled beside her ears.
What's in the kit
- 22 resin pieces in total. The hood-up and hood-down parts are both in the box.
- Body and base, 9 pieces: the body and legs in the bodysuit, two lower legs in boots, two sleeved arms, the capelet top, the long cape, the braid and the round cobblestone base.
- Hood-up head and hands, 5 pieces: the hood with cat ears, the head, the front hair and two open hands.
- Hood-down head and hands, 8 pieces: the head, the front hair, the back hair with the braided crown, the flower with its ribbon, the hairpin, the gathered hood at the collar and two curled hands.
- Tallest single piece: the body and legs in the bodysuit, 107.5 mm (4.23 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
- Round base: 98.6 × 98.5 mm (3.88 × 3.88 in) across in the sculptor's file.
- Scale: about 1:10 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:10 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: intermediate
- She stands with her legs crossed, on the edges of both boots. Pin both boots into the base and into the legs.
- The long cape and the braid hang free from the shoulders. Pin both.
- The hands, the hairpin and the flower's ribbon are small and thin. Fit them last, with tweezers.
- Both the hood-up and the hood-down head are in the kit, each with its own pair of hands. Decide which look you're building before you glue the head and hands; the other set stays as a spare.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
