Anime White-Haired Woman with Bat Resin Garage Kit – Lucky-Cat Figure, Long Coat & Parquet Plinth (Unpainted, 11 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 11 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the tough white-haired woman from a supernatural action-comedy anime. She leans forward over one raised knee with a baseball bat resting on her shoulder and a cigarette in her mouth, one hand on her hip, and gives the viewer a sideways, unimpressed look over red glasses worn low on her nose. Her hair is pulled up into a tall bun with a spiky, petal-like topper. She wears a long charcoal coat with a crimson lining hung over her shoulders, a scarf, an open varsity jacket with white satin sleeves and striped cuffs, a chunky mustard cardigan over a pink top, gray thigh-high stockings cut stirrup-style, and flat thong sandals. Her raised shin rests on the upturned feet of a grumpy white lucky-cat figure doing a headstand on two stacked blocks, holding a gold coin. The base is a square stone plinth with a parquet floor, set with a low table holding a bowl of noodles, chopsticks and a tray of sushi.
What's in the kit
- 11 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 6 pieces: head with the hair bun, torso, the arm with its hand on her hip, the hand holding the bat, the standing leg and the raised leg.
- Coat, 1 piece: the long coat worn over the shoulders.
- Lucky-cat figure, 1 piece.
- Base, 3 pieces: the square plinth, the stacked blocks and the low table with the food.
- Tallest single piece: the long coat, 185.1 mm (7.29 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
- Plinth: 116.7 × 116.7 mm (4.59 × 4.59 in) across in the sculptor's file.
- Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- The whole figure stands on one leg, with the raised shin resting on the lucky-cat figure's feet. Pin the sandal into the plinth and dry-fit the blocks, the cat and the figure together before gluing.
- The long coat hangs from the shoulders with nothing under it. Pin it across the back.
- The glasses, the cigarette, the raised finger on the bat hand and the chopsticks are thin and delicate.
- The arm on her hip joins at a smooth satin sleeve, so plan to fill and sand that seam.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
