Chibi Hooded Skull Sorcerer Resin Garage Kit – Purple Hood, Ram-Skull Staff & Spiked Lava Rock Base (Unpainted, 13 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 13 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art chibi of the skull-faced sorcerer villain from a classic 1980s cartoon and toy line, raising his staff. He stands with his boots planted apart on a ledge of volcanic rock, his right fist held high gripping a long magenta staff that runs down across his body, and his left arm out to the side with the clawed hand open, palm up. His pale yellow-green skull face scowls out of a huge rounded purple hood with a rolled rim, with glowing red eyes, heavy brow ridges and a wide grin with a fang at each corner; the hood falls into a short mantle over his shoulders. His skin is periwinkle blue and heavily muscled. He wears dark purple riveted shoulder plates, a purple chest harness with a crossbones emblem and a round red gem, a wide studded purple belt with riveted loincloth panels over black trunks, and short purple boots with turned-down cuffs. The staff has a stack of turned rings under its head, a ball at the bottom and a bone-gray ram skull on top with a toothed snout and two horns that curl around. The base is a slab of dark volcanic rock ringed with jagged spikes, with red lava cracks, orange lava streams pouring over the front corner and stalactites hanging under the rim.
What's in the kit
- 13 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 9 pieces: the skull face in the hood, the torso with the harness and crossbones emblem, two arms, the waist with the studded belt and loincloth, two thighs and two boots.
- Staff, 2 pieces: the ram-skull head and the shaft.
- Base, 2 pieces: the spiked lava rock in two halves.
- Tallest single piece: the larger rock half with the tallest spikes, 92.3 mm (3.63 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height or scale, so I don't list one.
- Rock base: 132.7 × 117.8 mm (5.22 × 4.64 in) across, from the sculptor's single-piece file of the same base.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- The hooded head is the heaviest figure piece by far and sits on a slimmer torso and two thighs. Pin the head to the torso and both boots into the rock.
- The ram skull is heavy for the thin shaft that holds it up. Pin the skull to the shaft.
- The rock spikes, lava drips, stalactites, ram horns and clawed fingers are thin points.
- The rock comes in two halves, with a seam through the rock to fill. The thighs are smooth bare skin, so any seam there needs blending.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
