IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 12 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

A fan-art chibi of the red-skinned, horn-stumped paranormal investigator from American comics. He stands in an easy, wide stance with one hoof planted in the mud and the other pushed up onto the coil of a purple tentacle. His raised left fist holds a gold sword that lies back across his shoulder, its blade wrapped in flames, and his huge stone right hand hangs at his side down past his knee, cracked and banded with bolt heads across the knuckles. His big square head has a heavy jutting jaw, a small goatee, narrow yellow eyes, two sawn-off horn stumps on the forehead and black hair swept back into a bun, with a cigar in the corner of his mouth and a curl of smoke rising from it. He wears black shorts with turned cuffs, a dark leather belt with a red-stone buckle and pouches, a holster with a revolver grip poking out, ankle wraps and bead strands with a small cross on his raised wrist, and a long tail curls up behind him. The round base is a pool of lime-green slime around dark mossy mud and rubble, with a ribbed purple tentacle coiled around the rim and a broken mossy log resting across it.

  • Accessories, 3 pieces: the flaming sword, the revolver and the cigar smoke.
  • Base, 2 pieces: the round slime pool with the coiled tentacle, and the broken log.
  • Tallest single piece: the torso with the raised arm, 70.1 mm (2.76 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height or scale, so I don't list one.
  • The sword is 119.1 mm (4.69 in) long in the sculptor's file.
  • Round base: 113.0 × 112.3 mm (4.45 × 4.42 in) across in the sculptor's single-piece file of the base.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • The stone right arm is a heavy hanging part. Pin it at the shoulder.
  • The legs are thin and carry the whole figure. Pin both hooves to the base; the raised hoof sits on the curved top of the tentacle, so dry-fit it first.
  • The flaming sword runs behind the head close to the bun; dry-fit it with the head in place. The smoke curl is tiny and goes on the cigar last.
  • The tail joins on smooth skin above the belt, the seam most likely to need filling.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
