Fighting Game High-Kick Fighter Resin Garage Kit – One-Foot Stance, Neon Signs & Purple Flame Base (Unpainted, 17 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 17 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the grinning martial artist from a famous fighting game series. She balances on one bare foot on a slab of rubble with her other knee drawn up high, one clawed hand by her face and the other arm flung out to the side. Her black hair is tied in two horn-shaped buns with pink bands, and a hot pink streak falls across one eye. She wears a cropped pale gray jacket with pink piping, very full black-and-gray harem trousers with zippers down the seams, a wide black sash with a metal buckle and a long trailing tail, a spiked choker and fingerless gloves with spiked cuffs. The base is a round metal drum with a glowing strip and a lit nameplate, broken concrete and brick, three neon signs reading PLAY, FIGHT and KO, and two curling flame sweeps at the front.
What's in the kit
- 17 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 11 pieces: head and a second hair piece, torso, two arms, two gloved hands, the hips and both legs in a single piece, two feet, and the waist sash with its tail.
- Base, 6 pieces: the round drum, the rubble platform, two more rubble and sign sections, and the two flame sweeps.
- Tallest single piece: the legs, 182.4 mm (7.18 in) in the sculptor's file. The finished figure stands taller once the torso, head and base are added. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
- Base: the round drum is 155.5 × 157.1 mm (6.12 × 6.19 in) across in the sculptor's file.
- Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- She stands on one bare foot. Pin the standing foot into the leg and into the rubble.
- The outstretched arm and the long sash tail reach well out from the body. Pin the arm at the shoulder.
- Both shoulder joins sit on bare skin with painted markings, so fill and sand them before you paint.
- The base has four sections and two flame pieces to line up, so dry-fit it before gluing. The flames and the glove spikes are thin.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
