IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the studio's photos of its own unpainted test prints of this sculpt, not of the kit you'll receive. Your kit arrives as 2 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

A fan-art bust of the blonde demon-hunting gunslinger from a famous action video game series. She faces straight ahead with a level, unsmiling stare, her left arm raised over her head and holding a long engraved pistol flat above her, the barrel pointing out past one side. Her hair is combed straight back from the forehead in deep grooves, with a few locks over the shoulders and a long sheet of tapered strands falling down her back to just above the base. She wears a strapless leather corset laced down the front with embossed scrollwork on the side panels, a choker with a small lightning-bolt charm, and a long leather sleeve with three buckled straps on the raised arm. The other arm ends in a flat cut at the shoulder. The bust sits on a faceted column above a round stepped plinth with wedge buttresses. The photos are the studio's own unpainted gray test print.

What's in the kit

  • 2 resin pieces in total.
  • Bust, 1 piece: the whole bust in a single piece, with the head, the long hair, the raised arm and the pistol.
  • Base, 1 piece: the round stepped plinth with its faceted column.
  • Tallest single piece: the bust, 172.5 mm (6.79 in) in the sculptor's file. It stands taller once it sits on the base's column. The studio's published size doesn't match its files, so I don't list an assembled height.
  • Round base: 83.9 × 83.9 mm (3.30 × 3.30 in) across in the sculptor's file.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • The bust is a single heavy piece with the pistol held out on the raised arm. Pin it onto the base's column.
  • The hair hangs close to the base rim. Dry-fit before gluing so the tips clear it.
  • The pistol's trigger, hammer and levers, the strap tails on the sleeve and the hair tips are thin.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

Shipping and returns

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
