Video Game Hooded Sorceress Resin Garage Kit – Outstretched Hand, Patterned Cloak & Gnarled Tree Stone Platform (Unpainted, Miniature, 11 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 11 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the hooded, orange-haired sorceress from a famous fantasy adventure game series, in her tall, blue-gray-skinned form. She stands with her weight on one leg on a carved stone platform, her right arm thrown straight out toward the viewer with the fingers spread, and her left hand gripping a fold of her cloak and pulling it out to the side. Long orange hair spills from under the hood and is gathered by a small gold clasp, and a bronze crown with two thin winged crests and a forehead ornament with a red stone sits over her face. Her eyes are orange-red with mauve lids and her lips are purple. The hooded black cloak has raised pattern work in pink-beige and teal with a gold edge and a flat teal lining. Under it she wears a black wrap top with a torn lower edge, a gold segmented belt with a knotted clasp holding long patterned front and back panels, and a gold anklet; she is barefoot, and teal and red markings are sculpted into her skin. The base is a round stepped stone platform with a carved spiral, cracked blocks and wrapping roots, with a gnarled tree that grows up behind her and leans over to one side under four leafy canopies. This listing is the studio's miniature of the whole scene, 11 pieces: the same sculpt at a smaller size, with the platform, roots and tree as a single piece. The studio's sheet gives the miniature as 93 mm tall. The 1:10 scale statue is sold as a separate listing.
What's in the kit
- 11 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 5 pieces: head, upper body, two legs and the left hand gripping the cloak.
- Cloak and skirt, 5 pieces: the back of the cloak, two front cloak panels, and the front and back skirt panels.
- Base, 1 piece: the stone platform with the roots and the tree.
- Miniature: 93 mm (3.66 in) tall, 75 × 80 mm (2.95 × 3.15 in) footprint (from the studio's scale sheet).
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: intermediate
- The five cloak and skirt panels are very thin sheets and the hand is tiny. Dry-fit the panels around the body before gluing, and use tweezers.
- The crown crests and the reaching fingers are the finest details at this size. Take the supports off gently.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
