IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 4 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

A fan-art chibi of the three-headed hound who guards the house of the dead in an acclaimed Greek-myth action game. He lies on his belly with both front paws stretched out ahead of him and his bushy tail curled up over one hip. The three heads fan out from one thick neck: the middle one faces front with its mouth open and tongue out, one grins with its tongue lolling out the side, and one smirks with its fangs showing. Each wears a studded collar, the middle one with a small skull charm, and each has big pointed ears and a jagged ruff of fur. He lounges on a raised dais paved in diamond-cut tiles and ringed with big downward fangs, over a cracked stone plinth hung with two banners with tassels and set on rough bricks. A brick path runs off to one side and ends in a flower-shaped cup holding a tall six-armed candelabra. Behind him stands an arched gate between two fluted columns, with a large angular crest and radiating lines on both faces and a sun disc with eight pointed rays on top.

  • Figure, 1 piece: the three-headed hound, with all three heads and the tail in a single piece.
  • Base, 2 pieces: the fanged dais with its tiled top, banners, brick footing and path, and the arched gate with its columns and sun disc.
  • Accessories, 1 piece: the six-armed candelabra.
  • Studio size: 154 mm (6.06 in) tall, 133 × 130 mm (5.24 × 5.12 in) footprint (from the studio's scale sheet).

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: intermediate

  • The gate is the tallest, thinnest part and stands on a narrow foot at the back of the dais. Glue it and pin it.
  • The hound sits on the tiled top of the dais and the candelabra drops into the flower cup at the end of the path. All three joins land on the base.
  • The fangs around the dais rim, the sun rays, the candle tips and the candelabra's spike are thin points.
  • The hound is a single piece, so there are no seams on the figure itself.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
