Video Game Golden-Haired Queen Resin Garage Kit – Arms Raised, Vine-Embroidered Gown, Coin Belt & Rock Base (Unpainted, 7 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 7 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the eternal queen from a dark fantasy action game. She stands barefoot on a small rock with both arms stretched straight up and her hands meeting above her head, one foot planted and the other raised on its toes, while her long wavy golden hair, woven with braids, blows out to one side. She wears a long dark navy gown with a deep plunging neckline laced with a gold vine, gold vine-and-leaf embroidery down the skirt, an open back and a high slit up one leg, with a low coin belt of stamped gold medallions and braided cord and strands of small coins hanging along the slit. Twisted gold bands sit on her upper arms and thin bracelets on her wrists. The base is a low rock with a glossy dark red covering over its top.
What's in the kit
- 7 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 6 pieces: head with the hair, the body and gown in a single piece, two arms and two legs.
- Base, 1 piece: the rock.
- Tallest single piece: the body and gown, 223.1 mm (8.78 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
- Rock base: 78.4 × 91.5 mm (3.09 × 3.60 in) across in the sculptor's file.
- Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- Both arms are raised overhead and meet above her head. Dry-fit both arms together against the head before gluing either one.
- The head carries the whole blown hair mass, which makes it heavy for its neck join. Pin it.
- She stands barefoot on one planted foot and one raised on its toes on a small rock, with a long gown trailing behind; pin the planted foot into the rock.
- The coin strands along the slit and the vine lacing are fine sculpted detail; take care when cleaning up support marks there.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
