IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 9 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

A fan-art statue of the blonde mechanic from a popular open-world fantasy RPG. She stands with a big pipe wrench resting over one shoulder and her other hand on her hip. She wears an orange cap, round goggles at her collar, a cropped yellow jacket, denim cut-offs, a leather tool belt with a pouch on each hip, dark thigh-high stockings and white boots, with grease smudges on her face and skin. The base is an octagonal steel plinth ringed with chrome exhaust pipes.

What's in the kit

  • 9 resin pieces in total.
  • Figure, 8 pieces: head and cap (two pieces), torso, hips with the shorts and tool belt, two arms (one holding the wrench) and two legs.
  • Base, 1 piece: the octagonal plinth with the exhaust pipes.
  • Tallest single piece: one of the legs, 130.2 mm (5.13 in) in the sculptor's file. The finished figure stands taller once the hips, torso, head and base are added. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
  • The base is a single piece, 112.7 × 112.7 mm (4.44 × 4.44 in) across and 41.6 mm (1.64 in) tall in the sculptor's file.
  • Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • The legs are separate and carry the whole figure. Dry-fit the legs, hips and base together, then pin each boot into the base and each leg into the hips.
  • Her midriff and thighs are bare, so any seam there needs filling and sanding.
  • The wrench is part of the raised arm and rests behind her neck. Fit that arm with the head and cap in place.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

Shipping and returns

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
