IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 9 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

A fan-art statue of the witch princess from a Greek-myth action game, caught at the top of a spin. She balances on the ball of one bare foot with the other leg drawn up behind her, one arm reaching straight up to grip a long hooked staff and the other holding a wide double-bladed axe low at her side. Behind her a crescent of magic with flame-like edges sweeps from her raised hand round to the ground. She has a short chin-length bob, a circlet with a crescent moon on her forehead, a leaf wreath in her hair and one green and one red eye. She wears a short orange belted dress with a dark metal collar and pendant, a belt with a green stone buckle, tassel cords and hanging metal plates, a pouch at the back, a forearm bracer, an engraved metal greave and knee guard on the bent leg, a small skull at the hip and a braided cord round the standing thigh. The pale stone plinth has hourglass relief tiles and a rough rock top, with three laurel-crowned skulls on short columns at the front, a fallen banner on a standard and two ribbed, leaf-shaped wings. This listing is the miniature of the whole statue, 111 mm tall on the studio's scale sheet, in 9 pieces. The 1:10 scale statue and the bust are sold as separate listings.

What's in the kit

  • 9 resin pieces in total.
  • Figure, 3 pieces: head, the torso with both legs, and the arm with the axe.
  • Staff, 1 piece: the long hooked staff.
  • Crescent of magic, 1 piece: the crescent of magic in a single piece.
  • Base, 4 pieces: the plinth with the skull shrine, the banner and the two wings.
  • Miniature: 111 mm (4.37 in) tall, 63 × 84 mm (2.48 × 3.31 in) footprint (from the studio's scale sheet).

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • The whole figure stands on the ball of one bare foot. Glue the foot into the rock top of the plinth with care, and pin it if it will take a pin.
  • The crescent of magic is a single piece that runs from her raised hand to the ground. Dry-fit it with the figure in place before gluing; its flame-like edges are thin.
  • The staff is long and very thin at this size. Remove its supports slowly and fit it last.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
