Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 23 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the silver-haired fox woman from a popular naval anime-style game, in her blue evening dress. She leans forward on a tall round bar table with one forearm resting beside a square bottle and a glass of red wine, her other hand raised to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear, and her head tilted toward the viewer. She has white fox ears, very long silver hair tied with a large navy bow, and a mass of thick white tails fanned out behind her. The dress has a blue-grey halter bodice with a deep neckline and navy straps fastened by a small gold star at the throat, off-the-shoulder ruffled sleeves with a white fur wrap, a navy sash, and a long cream skirt slit up one side under a blue-grey overskirt, with a flower corsage on one wrist and cream ankle-strap heels. Behind her stands a tall gold ring engraved with curving lines, set upright on a round black base.
What's in the kit
- 23 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 15 pieces: head, fringe, main hair, two long hair sections, two fox ears, torso with the bodice, two arms, two legs with heeled shoes and three tail sections.
- Gown, 1 piece: the skirt and overskirt.
- Scene, 7 pieces: the round base, the gold ring in two halves, the bar table, the bottle, the wine glass and a small butterfly that perches on the bottle.
- Tallest figure piece: the right leg, 158.3 mm (6.23 in) long in the sculptor's file.
- The gold ring behind her measures 236.7 × 244.4 mm (9.32 × 9.62 in) across its face, from the sculptor's single-piece file of the same ring. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
- Round base: 171.3 × 171.3 mm (6.74 × 6.74 in) across in the sculptor's file.
- Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- The three tail sections are the heaviest parts of the figure and hang off her back. Pin each one.
- The ring comes in two halves that join into one tall upright hoop on the base. Glue and fill that seam, and pin the ring into the base.
- She leans her weight onto the table with one forearm. Fix the table to the base first, then fit the figure so the arm sits flat on the tabletop.
- The fox ears, fingers, wine glass, butterfly and long hair strands are thin and delicate.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
