IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 8 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

A fan-art statue of the white-haired brawler from a long-running arcade fighting game series. She stands with her feet planted wide, one gloved hand resting on her thigh and the other on top of her head, with her fringe falling over one eye. She wears a cropped black leather jacket with gold zippers, a wide belt, fingerless gloves, blue chaps and fringed cowboy boots. The base is a small wooden dock with a rope-wrapped mooring post at each corner.

What's in the kit

  • 8 resin pieces in total.
  • Figure, 7 pieces: head, torso, two forearms with hands, legs and two boots.
  • Base, 1 piece: the wooden dock with its four mooring posts.
  • Tallest single piece: the legs, 138.9 mm (5.47 in) in the sculptor's file. The finished figure stands taller once the other parts and the base are added. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
  • Base: 163.5 × 121.6 mm (6.44 × 4.79 in) in the sculptor's file.
  • Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • Each hand rests on another part, one on her head and one on her thigh. Glue the head and torso first, then dry-fit both hands before gluing.
  • Pin both boots into the deck and the legs into the boots.
  • The boot fringe and the open-finger gloves are fine and delicate.
  • The waist and neck joins may land on skin and need filling and sanding.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

Shipping and returns

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
