IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 20 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

  • Base, 10 pieces: the rock slab, two broken road slabs, the domed house, the smoke cloud, the leaning building, the flames, the thin tower and two debris chunks.
  • Tallest single piece: the jeans, 61.5 mm (2.42 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height or scale, so I don't list one.
  • Rock base: 90.8 × 87.6 mm (3.57 × 3.45 in) across in the sculptor's file.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • The base scene is eleven separate pieces including tiny debris chunks, a thin tower and the belt pouch, which is the smallest part in the kit. Dry-fit the scenery on the rock before gluing anything.
  • The flames have pointed tips and hang out past the back edge of the base.
  • Both arms touch the body at the shoulder and the hip, with thin spread fingers. Dry-fit them against the torso and jeans together.
  • The hair is the heaviest figure part and sits on a small face piece. Pin it, and pin both sneakers to the base.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

Shipping and returns

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
