IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 8 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

A fan-art bust of the summoned knight in crimson plate armor from a hugely popular hunter-and-dungeon anime. His helmet has a narrow visor, a spiked crest and a long plume that streams back from the top, and he wears spiked pauldrons over a breastplate with a ragged ruff at the neck and a star-shaped clasp, with a torn cape hanging off one shoulder. The bust stands on a stepped plinth. In the studio's painted design the armor is deep crimson with silver-white edging. The full 1:10 scale diorama, the miniature and the hunter bust are sold as separate listings.

What's in the kit

  • 8 resin pieces in total.
  • Bust, 6 pieces: helmet, plume, chest with the ruff, two pauldrons and a cape section.
  • Plinths, 2 pieces: two plinths (alternate stands), one smaller and one larger.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • The two pauldrons and the cape fit onto the chest piece. Dry-fit all three together before gluing so the cape sits behind the shoulder.
  • The plume reaches back past the plinth with nothing under it. Pin it into the helmet.
  • Thin parts: the spikes on the pauldrons and crest, the plume strands and the cape's torn edge.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

Shipping and returns

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
