Anime Horned Woman Resin Garage Kit – Blood Scythe, Blood Spears & Cracked Rock Base (Unpainted, 35 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 35 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the horned, blonde heroine from a popular horror-action anime. She stands with one sneaker up on a mound of cracked rock, her left hand on her hip and her right hand gripping a long scythe made of blood, its crescent blade sweeping low across the front of the base. She wears a white button shirt, a loose black tie, a blue knit jacket sliding off one shoulder, dark striped trousers rolled below the knee, white socks and white high-top sneakers. Two red horns rise from her long blonde hair, and she grins with a mouthful of pointed teeth. The base is a round black plinth with red bands and a gold diamond plaque, topped with the rock mound, a toppled round headstone, and a ring of glossy blood waves and spears. The blood spears, splashes and scythe are all separate parts, so they can be printed or painted as translucent red.
What's in the kit
- 35 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 8 pieces: head, hair in two pieces, torso, the right hand with part of the scythe staff, the trousers in a single piece and the two lower legs with sneakers.
- Clothing, 3 pieces: the jacket in two halves and the loose end of the tie.
- Scythe, 3 pieces: the staff and blade in three sections.
- Base, 4 pieces: the round plinth, the rock mound in two pieces and the toppled headstone.
- Blood effects, 17 pieces: eleven blood splashes and six blood spears.
- Round plinth: 123.9 × 126.7 mm (4.88 × 4.99 in) across in the sculptor's file. The rock, blood spears and scythe blade reach past its edge.
- Tallest single piece: one half of the rock mound, 99.5 mm (3.92 in) in the sculptor's file. The finished figure stands much taller. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
- Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- There are 17 separate blood splashes and spears and no render shows where each one goes. Dry-fit the whole ring against the photos and number the pieces before you glue anything.
- The figure stands on the two lower legs, one on the low ground and one up on the rock. Pin both into the rock mound.
- The scythe crosses in front of the base and behind her back and hangs off a single wrist join. Pin the hand and each staff join, and fit it last.
- The tie, the blood spear tips, the splash droplets, the horns and the hair ends are thin and delicate.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
