Anime Round-Glasses Swordswoman Resin Garage Kit – Heavy Blade on the Shoulder & Wrecked Tatami Room Base, Both Heads and All Three Left Arms Included (Unpainted, 30 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 30 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art statue of the green-haired swordswoman in round glasses from a popular supernatural-action anime. She stands with her feet apart on the wrecked floor of a Japanese room, a heavy single-edged blade resting across her right shoulder, gripped near the hilt with the elbow raised, and she looks out with a flat, steady expression. She has short dark green hair and raised scars sculpted on both arms, her neck and one side of her face. She wears a black sleeveless high-neck top with a knit texture, a brown belt with a brass buckle, straight black trousers and black boots. The blade is dark, pitted metal with a cord-wrapped grip, a pale end cap and a spiky gray tuft where the grip meets the blade. The base is a woven tatami floor on a dark wooden plinth, with a lattice lantern band under the floor that can be painted to glow. On the floor are a tipped paper screen with red spatter, broken beams and a smashed frame, a dark pool on the mat, five throwing knives and two broken blades stuck in the floor, and an upright katana with a white wrapped grip and a gold guard. Both heads and all three left arms are in the box, so you can swap them as you like: a head with round glasses and a forehead bandage, and a head without glasses with one eye scarred shut; and a left arm with an empty hand at her side, one holding a dark jacket that streams out behind her, and one holding a second curved sword with gold fittings and a trailing red cloth. Two pairs of the round glasses are included, one with a filled-in lens and one with open rims.
What's in the kit
- 30 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 7 pieces: torso, legs, belt, two boots, the right arm gripping the blade, and the heavy blade.
- Heads, 6 pieces: the head with the forehead bandage, its hair and two pairs of round glasses (one with a filled-in lens, one with open rims); and the head with one eye scarred shut, with its own hair.
- Left arms, 6 pieces: the arm with the empty hand; the arm that holds the jacket, and the jacket; and the arm that holds the second sword, the curved sword and its red cloth.
- Base, 11 pieces: the tatami floor with the plinth and lantern band, two wreckage sections (the tipped paper screen, beams and broken frame), the upright katana, two broken blades and five throwing knives.
- Studio size: 1:6 scale, 315 mm (12.40 in) tall, 225 mm (8.86 in) wide and 153 mm (6.02 in) deep (from Tanuki Figures' printing and scale guide).
- Scale: 1:6 (from the studio). Scale isn't standardized, so figures of the same scale from different creators may not match exactly.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- She stands on two separate boots on the tatami floor. Pin the boots to the legs and into the base.
- The heavy blade is held at one end by the right hand and rests on the shoulder. Pin it at the hand. The jacket and the second sword also hang off the left hand, so pin those joins too. The two heads share one neck and the three left arms share one shoulder, so dry-fit your pick before gluing.
- The tatami floor is the biggest and heaviest part. Dry-fit the two wreckage sections, the katana, the broken blades and the throwing knives on it before you glue the figure down.
- Thin parts: the glasses, the five throwing knives, the katana and broken blades, the second sword and its cloth. The scars on the bare arms sit right where the shoulder seams fall, so fill those seams carefully.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
