Anime White-Haired Demon Lord Resin Garage Kit – Six Bone-Bladed Whips, Torn Paper Screen & Broken Floorboard Diorama (Unpainted, 24 Pieces)
Printed to order. This listing shows as sold out until the next print run is ready. Tap Notify me and leave your email, and I'll let you know when it's in stock. No pre-orders and nothing to pay up front. How it works
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.
The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 24 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:
- Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
- Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
- Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
- Unpainted: all painting is up to you.
Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.
This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.
A fan-art diorama of the pale, white-haired demon lord who is the final villain of a hit demon-hunting anime, in his monstrous last-battle form. He crouches low on a tilted deck of broken floorboards, one leg stretched down the slope with the toes clawed into the wood, the other knee drawn up to his chest, and one clawed hand raking the boards as he glares up from under his hair. His other arm has become a long, barbed blade of flesh that sweeps out behind him and ends in a hooked claw, and six whips loop out from his back in wide arcs, each a twisted red cord ending in a knobby bone joint and a long curved bone blade. His long, wild off-white hair falls past his face; blood runs down from the hairline, there is a short red mark on each cheek, and his magenta eyes have vertical slit pupils. Glossy crimson flesh wraps him like a bodysuit, with pale skin breaking through in ragged patches and toothed mouths open at the shoulders, along one arm and down the legs; from behind, the whips grow out of a cluster of segmented bone stalks between his shoulders. The scene is a round base of stacked roof tiles, broken stones and splintered planks, with a torn paper screen in a weathered wooden frame leaning behind him, its panes ripped and flecked with red. Under the deck kneels a headless figure in a black high-collared uniform with gold buttons and a white belt, with blood at the collar.
What's in the kit
- 24 resin pieces in total.
- Figure, 13 pieces: head and hair, torso, a shoulder piece, the blade arm, the clawed arm, two legs and six whips with bone blades.
- Kneeling figure, 1 piece: the headless figure in the black uniform under the deck.
- Base and scene, 10 pieces: the rubble base in two halves, the tilted deck, two sets of loose planks, the paper screen in four sections and a small plug.
- Studio size: 300.76 mm (11.84 in) tall, 287.48 mm (11.32 in) wide and 236.02 mm (9.29 in) deep (from Lion Realm's slicer screenshot of the assembled model at 100% scale). The whips and the screen set most of the width and height.
- Rubble base: 186.3 × 196.9 mm (7.33 × 7.75 in) across, from the sculptor's single-piece file of the same base.
- Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.
About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.
Skill level: advanced
- Build the scene from the bottom up: glue the two base halves, set the kneeling figure in place, then glue and pin the tilted deck over it before the main figure goes on top.
- The six whips cross each other around his back and each one hangs on a thin joint. Dry-fit all six against the first photo, then pin them one at a time.
- The paper screen comes in four sections, two of them small. Its back is as detailed as the front, so fill and sand the seams on both faces.
- Thin parts: the bone blades on the whips, the claws, the barbs on the blade arm and the splintered plank ends.
You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.
