IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN UNPAINTED, UNASSEMBLED RAW RESIN KIT. IT IS NOT A FINISHED FIGURE.

The pictures are the sculptor's digital renders of the painted design. Your kit arrives as 17 separate pieces of plain, single-color resin. It is:

  • Unassembled: you glue the pieces together yourself.
  • Unprimed: it needs primer before paint.
  • Unsanded: seams and surfaces need sanding.
  • Unpainted: all painting is up to you.

Expect supports and support marks. Some parts may ship with supports still attached to make sure they do not get damaged during shipping. You may need to sand parts to fully remove supports or fill marks where supports attached. You will need to prime with an appropriate primer.

This kit is for people who want the full experience of finishing a 3D printed kit without owning a printer. It’s also a good way to find out whether the hobby is for you, and what finishing a printed model really takes, before you buy a printer of your own.

A fan-art statue of the red-haired witch from a fighting game series. She wears an oversized violet witch hat with a wide brim, a tall crooked cone and a pair of round blue lenses at the front, over long crimson hair. A tall black collar, a charcoal cloak lined in crimson that climbs into two tall points behind her shoulders, long open sleeves, a glossy black jagged bodice, a plum bodysuit with red and black trim, black clawed gloves, sheer dark stockings and black stilettos complete the outfit. The base is a round slate plinth carrying a giant head in a pointed hat brim and a V-shaped hood, four amber eyes glowing in the dark under it, with red flames curling up around it.

What's in the kit

  • 17 resin pieces in total.
  • Figure, 7 pieces: torso in the bodysuit and bodice, head, hair, two forearms with clawed hands and two legs.
  • Cloak and hat, 5 pieces: the cloak in two halves, two long open sleeves and the witch hat.
  • Hand flame, 1 piece: the flame on her raised hand.
  • Base, 4 pieces: the round plinth with the lower part of the giant head, the giant head's hat brim and hood, and two sets of flames.
  • Tallest single piece: the taller half of the cloak, 204.8 mm (8.06 in) in the sculptor's file. The sculptor doesn't publish an assembled height, so I don't list one.
  • Round plinth: 111.3 × 97.7 mm (4.38 × 3.85 in) across in the sculptor's file. The giant head's hat brim is 160.0 mm (6.30 in) wide in the sculptor's file and overhangs the plinth on both sides.
  • Scale: about 1:6 (estimated). The sculptor doesn't publish a scale, so this is my estimate of the closest standard scale based on the model's measurements. It may not look in scale next to other 1:6 figures, and scale can differ from one creator to another.

About the sizes: every measurement above comes from the sculptor's own files or the studio's published size information for the unprinted model. Your printed kit can differ slightly: resin shrinks a little as it cures, removing supports and sanding takes off some material, and the assembled height depends on how the parts are fitted. Treat the numbers as a close guide, not an exact guarantee.

Skill level: advanced

  • She balances on one stiletto heel on the plinth, with her other heel on the separate giant-head piece. Dry-fit the plinth, the head and both legs together and pin the standing leg.
  • The two cloak halves are large, thin sheets hanging off the shoulders. Pin them.
  • The flame on her hand is bigger than the hand piece it sits on. A fine pin through the palm helps.
  • The three flame pieces are thin, curling tendrils and suit clear or translucent resin.

You'll need (not included): sandpaper or sanding sticks, flush cutters, CA glue or epoxy, primer, paints, and brass rod if you pin the joints.

Shipping and returns

  • Free shipping to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International or US territory address? You can use a US package forwarding service. My responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the forwarder’s US address. Anything after that is between you and the forwarding service.
  • 30-day free returns. If the kit isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unassembled and unsanded, and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
